Playing days

One game per team per day. Full games must fit before fields close. Home labels are suggestions; review them for your league.

Already have a schedule?

Import a CSV in our template format. It replaces the current sheet; Undo brings it back.

How does the season scheduler work?

The generator pairs each team with every other team once, or twice with reversed home labels. Odd team counts have a bye in each round. Rounds run in order, with no more than one game per team on a day. If your dates or fields cannot fit every matchup, the sheet lists what still needs a slot.

What happens when a game is canceled?

Change that game’s status to Canceled, add available makeup dates in the season settings, and preview replacements. You see each old and proposed slot before applying it. The tool moves canceled games only. It does not automatically contact families or change anyone’s calendar.

What should I check before sharing?

Confirm field reservations, referee availability, local rules and team commitments. This first version handles one division and shared dates off. It does not handle team-specific blackouts, referee assignments, playoffs or travel time. It uses a bounded, earliest-slot search; an unplaced matchup may need more dates or a manual adjustment.
