Flag Coach Plays

14U Flag Football Practice Plan (60 minutes for 13 and 14 year olds)

A 60-minute practice plan for 13 and 14 year olds. The drills are shorter and faster, the install focuses on timing and reading coverage, and the scrimmage uses real game situations.

Goal for today

Run routes at exact depths on time, throw on the move against a rusher, rush and drop into zones with discipline, and install Spread Verticals, Flood and Smash.
